Open Letter by the Wood Panel Industries Federation, NRDC, Dogwood Alliance, Biofuelwatch, Friends of the Earth, Southern Environmental Law Center, Norbord, and Fern to the Secretary of State for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, calling for coal-to-biomass conversions to be excluded from the list of technologies eligible for Contracts for Difference (i.e. new renewable electricity subsidies)
