1. Zoom links for online events will only be shared with people who have registered for the event, and not put on public platforms such as our website, Eventbrite and Facebook.
2. The “waiting room” function in Zoom will be enabled, so the host has to allow participants in to the call.
3. Screen sharing will be disabled for all participants in Zoom calls except the host. Changing of participants’ names and profile pictures during the call will be disabled.
4. One person from Biofuelwatch will be on hand throughout the call to remove anyone attempting to disrupt the event verbally. People removed will not be able to rejoin.
